NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Association of Travel Agents Limited will be held at the East Ocean Restaurant (東海酒家), L12, The ONE, 100 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong on 6 December 2016 Thursday at 12:00 noon, to transact the following business:
AGENDA
- To receive the Chairman’s Report for the year 2015/2016;
- To approve the Honorary Treasurer’s Report and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2016;
- To elect Executive Committee members;
- To appoint Auditors;
- To deal any other business of which due notice has been given;
